Book Your Next Appointment
We are excited to introduce online scheduling at Ascend Chiropractic! You can now conveniently book your next appointment directly from your phone or computer. This new feature allows you to choose the time slot that works best for you, ensuring that your chiropractic needs are met with ease and flexibility. Whether you're at home or on the go, managing your healthcare has never been simpler.
The first step is to log in to your account. If you are a current patient but you’ve never logged in before, just use the email or phone number you have on file with us!
If you’re a new patient, you’ll need to create an account. Select “Create Account”, or you can even use Google, Facebook, or Twitter to sign in so you don’t have to remember another password.
Once your account is set up, choose either "Adjustment" or "New Patient Visit" to see what appointment times are available.
Once you find the time that works best for you, you can book your appointment! If you booked a New Patient Visit, make sure to fill out the Intake Form prior to your appointment.
